Friday, September 25

The canonical Eventeny and Visit NC listings say 6–9 PM at Festival Park. An Arts Council-sponsored preview separately promotes a 4 PM 4th Friday kickoff on the 300 block of Hay Street; check the organizer's final schedule before arriving.

Saturday, September 26

Parade of Nations: 10 AM–noon. Festival Park program: noon–7 PM.

Parking and access

The organizer's current FAQ lists $5 paid event parking at nine downtown facilities, recommends bringing cash, and lists free parking at the Cumberland County Courthouse. No festival closure or parade route was present in the City road-closure GIS on September 8; check the live map and posted signs for event-day changes.

Know before you go

The organizer asks visitors to use clear bags and leave pets other than service animals, weapons, drugs, outside alcohol, and drones at home. Arrive early for accessible parking.
