Street closure, address, and parking
The 100, 200, and 300 blocks of Hay Street close to vehicles for Dogwood Nights, creating room for vendor booths, performers, and dancing in the street. The organizer's published address is 222 Hay Street, inside that footprint. Closure setup and reopening times have not been published, so do not plan to park on those blocks and follow posted signs.
City GIS confirms the three address-range street segments and nearby public parking. Its live closure layer did not yet contain the Dogwood Nights record when checked September 8; it did list a separate Market Square construction closure through September 15.
